FOUNDATIONS and STRUCTURE
Foundations of reinforced concrete slab. Forged unidirectional reinforced concrete.
DOORS & WINDOWS

Exterior: Load bearing walls of hollow vibrated concrete blocks, double chambers of 20-cm. thickness.
Interior: Concrete walls of hollow vibrated concrete blocks of 9 cm thickness.

ROOFING

Top quality curved roofing tiles; on fixed waved plates of fibre cement fixed to supports of vibrated concrete blocks 9 cm thickness.
Heat insulation in the horizontal slope of the roof comprised of polystyrene boards.
Decorative piece in chimney, according to elevation.

COATING OF FACADE

Façade rendered with cement mortar.
Finished with top quality coloured exterior waterproof paint.
Finished off with cornice mouldings, enclosed windows and perimeter plinth course, according to elevation.

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY

White PVC and glazing with Climalit 4+12+4.
Wooden Pergola treated for exteriors in solarium area.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY

Front Door: PVC Security door made to match the exterior carpentry.

PASSAGE DOORS

Smooth passage doors (windowless doors in the bedrooms and glazed doors in the lounge and kitchen) made of oak wood and Wenge finished, with stainless steel handles with round rosette.

FITTED WARDROBES

Wardrobe fronts with folding doors with Wenge melamine covered interior. A shelf of 16 mm included, as well as a hanging rail of oval of aluminium of 28 mm with two supports.

FLOORING

Top quality porcelain pieces with a marble finish, Alcagres or similar in all rooms including the skirting boards.
Small slabs of top quality stoneware paving, Vives or similar, in the kitchen & bathrooms.
Extruded Stoneware in terrace and porch areas.
Waterproofing of terraces areas with a PVC laminate base or similar.
Stairs steps tread and cover in porcelain with marble finish, matching the rest of the house.

Gala mark or similar, Metropol model or similar, with stainless steel taps Monodín de Roca mark or similar.

ELECTRICITY

Automatic door entry system, four telephone points and four television points per house.
Switches Luna de bTicino make or similar.
Outside lighting at the front of the house.

PLUMBING

Installation of plumbing consisting of polyethylene pipe cross-linking.
Hot water by means of individual electric thermostat. 

EXTERIOR AREA OF PLOT

Garden with a closed perimeter and separate gated access.
Finished private swimming pool per property, round or square, polyester.

COMMUNAL AREAS

Communal garden areas with spaces for car parking, according to graphical design in the plans.

NOTE

Possible variations will be notified, not affecting ventilation vents, installations, drain pipes, openings in the exterior wall and patios of lights.
Variations will be by mutual agreement by both parties, being reflected in writing and accepted under signature of those concerned.
